Good to know
Part of the road to Kaindy is off-road, so you transfer from the bus to a UAZ (included), then walk 20–30 minutes from the parking to the lake. A horse can be rented on site for an extra fee.
There are border checkpoints on the route — bring an original ID (Kaspi / eGov accepted). Children: birth certificate. Foreign citizens: passport.
