Treasures of Altyn-Emel
Altyn-Emel is Kazakhstan’s flagship desert park, and this private trip does it justice: the striped pink-and-white Aktau "mountains", the black volcanic Katutau rocks, the Singing Dune and ancient petroglyphs — landscapes that feel like another planet.
The park is vast and far from the city, so this runs as a private multi-day tour with overnights inside or near the park. Full day-by-day itinerary on request.

Good to know
How many days is it?
Usually 2 days because of the distances and the size of the park. Exact dates and route are confirmed on booking.
Do we need a 4x4?
Inside the park, yes — the tracks are rough, so we use a suitable vehicle for the Aktau and Katutau sections.
